Pooja Chitgopekar was the Miss India Earth for the year 2007 and went on to represent India in the Miss Earth beauty pageant. Like her predecessor Amruta Patki, she finished first runners up in the Miss Earth competition winning the Miss Air competition.

She speaks a heavily accented English maybe because she spent most of her time abroad. Here is a video of her dancing in a traditional Indian dress in preparation of the beauty pageant.
